Dr. Sidi’s career in dentistry spans nearly a decade now – and he’s just getting started! Nothing brings him more joy than seeing his patients smile confidently again after he’s completed their treatment. To learn more about his background, keep reading below:
As a young child, Dr. Sidi had a chronic fear of the dentist’s office. Eventually, he decided he wanted to conquer his fear once and for all – and apparently, it worked a little too well! Today, he can’t imagine embarking on any other career path; dentistry is definitely the perfect field for him.
After growing up in Nairobi, Kenya, Dr. Sidi studied for his doctorate at King’s College in London and worked in the NHS system for several years before completing his foreign accreditation exams in Canada in 2017. Additionally, he is very passionate about continuing education and is a current student of the world-renowned Kois Center in Seattle, learning about advanced restorative dentistry through the newest clinical research and evidence-based courses. He’s also attended courses regarding oral surgery, TMJ disorders, and endodontics to further his expertise. He is a current member of the following organizations:
Dr. Sidi spends as much free time as possible outdoors – some of his favorite activities include camping, fishing, and playing golf. You can also regularly find him at the gym and exploring new restaurants throughout the city, as well as hanging out with his beloved dogs. He used to race dirtbikes in his younger days. Here’s an interesting fact about him: he once represented Kenya at the Junior Environmental Conference at the United Nations!
