At Dentistry in Motion we make every effort to accommodate our patients' schedules when possible.

For your convenience we offer appointments…

In the early morning
In the evening
On Saturdays
& Emergency treatments are available

Cancellation Policy

We require 2 business days notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. If you do not give us the appropriate time to fill that appointment we reserve the right to charge for the time lost.

Financial Policies

Patients are fully responsible for the total payment of all procedures performed in the office- this includes any treatment that is not a benefit of any insurance company you may have. All services are due to be paid in full within 60 days of the date of service, regardless of whether or not insurance benefits have been received. One and one half percent per month interest will be charged on accounts over 60 days.

We accent payment directly from your insurance carrier provided the payment is directed to our office. You are responsible for your deductible and any portion your insurance carrier does not cover.

Missed Appointments

Appointment times are reserved especially for you. We require 2 business days notice to make any scheduling changes. If proper notice is not provided, a fee of $75 for hygiene services and $150/ hour for Doctors appointment will be applied to your account and must be paid in full prior to any other appointments. We are here to assist you in any way possible, please make your questions and concerns known to our team… our goal is to ensure that you have an outstanding dental experience.
