Tooth Coloured Fillings

Composite Resins, or more commonly referred to as tooth colored fillings, are generally used for small restorations in the mouth. This filling material is made of a specialized resin (type of plastic) which we can generally match to the natural tooth color. This material has essentially replaced the traditional amalgam (mercury, silver) filling.
